Using the panoramas
Every 360° panorama on this site was filmed by us, on site, with our own equipment. Here is who owns them and on what terms they can be used.
Who holds the rights
The copyright in the panoramas, the tours built from them and the clips cut from them belongs to ZiyaraGo. Filming is free for the hotel: we do not invoice for the work, and in exchange the footage stays ours and we may use it in our own catalogue, in our promotion and in tours for other clients.
What the hotel may do
While the subscription is active, the hotel whose building was filmed may place the tour on its own site, in an iframe or by a link we provide, use it in its own social accounts and hand it to its agents. Nothing extra needs to be agreed for that — it is what the subscription pays for.
What is not allowed without asking
Reselling the panoramas, passing them to third parties as your own material, republishing them without a link to the source, or cutting single frames out of them for another company's advertising. If the subscription lapses, the right to place the tour on your own site lapses with it — the tour itself stays online in our catalogue.
Agencies and other companies
An agency that sells this hotel may link to the tour freely — that is what it is for. Placing the tour inside your own site or under your own brand is a separate arrangement: we make a branded storefront with your logo, your prices and your booking button.
